In the scheduled time, the bookers (drivers) are linked to the vehicle and could promptly add the business trips via app. With the help of a touch button, the user can switch between the available vehicles. The touch button can be used to differentiate between business and private trips in compliance with the European Data Protection Rules (GDPR) and tax law. In private mode, no coordinates are created, but the number of kilometers are documented in a tamper-proof manner.
If a vehicle is not available but booked, the fleet manager can simply drag and drop the booking to another vehicle. All relevant persons are informed by automatic server mail.
System requirements is an installed telematics system in the vehicle, e.g. OBIDY, SPEEDY or OBDxTCU. Technical data of the vehicles are also available on request, e.g. inspection due dates, error messages, tank content and much more.
