To digitize their own services, fleet service providers such as car dealerships, leasing and rental companies can limit the system to the technical data. This includes key data such as mileage, maintenance and inspection requirements, tank level, battery status, fluid levels and error messages. This data is used to book maintenance appointments, vehicle availability or billing based on mileage, excess or shortfall in kilometers. The data is transferred directly to further systems via a REST API.
