A new version of the ArealPilot 360° app is now available in the Google PlayStore in Düsseldorf. The app was specially developed to simplify workflows in the areas of transport, logistics, services and technical field services with changing locations. AI-supported tour planning is provided from the backend. Integration into ERP, CRM and transport management systems rounds off the solution. Arealcontrol is exhibiting in Hall 6 at Stand E03. The trade fair takes place at the same time as LogiMAT (March 19 to 21).
A simple rollout of large fleets takes place via an intelligent registration routine. Users receive their access data including vehicle license plate and register directly after downloading. All company-specific settings and workflows defined in advance are automatically uploaded via portal synchronization. Updates are also possible at any time. Subcontractors and external capacities can be integrated directly into your own fleet by uploading the app.
With digitalization, including automatic, AI-supported tour and route planning, everyone involved, from the driver to the dispatcher to the customer, can be connected and made visible along the supply chain (supply chain visibility). Standard interfaces to TIMOCOM, Project44, FOURKITES,
The "ArealPilot 360° App" offers a comprehensive range of functions. These are specifically tailored to the needs of companies whose employees are confronted with changing locations on a daily basis. The app impresses with the following features:
- GPS location & tracking: Precise location determination and real-time tracking enable companies to efficiently monitor mobile workers and vehicles.
- Mobile time recording: By recording working hours directly via the app, companies can simplify and automate time recording.
- Chat-style messaging: By integrating a chat system, employees can communicate with each other, both individually and in groups, which significantly improves collaboration and the exchange of information.
- Order and tour management: The app provides an intuitive platform for managing orders and tours, including locations and jobs.
- Barcode scanning on ZEBRA devices: Support for scanning barcodes on ZEBRA devices enables quick and accurate capture of information on site.
Options include the SOS button and the "Man Down Alert": This provides additional security for employees working in high-risk environments or alone.
The Digital PlanBoard is the front end for scheduling and offers efficient deployment planning and management.
