With this further development, AREALCONTROL simplifies the automation of administrative processes in the transport and logistics sector. The aim is to relieve skilled workers of time-consuming routine activities and at the same time ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Focus on simplicity and automation
Tachograph evaluation: Driver card data is automatically archived, analysed and presented in clear reports. Violations of EU regulations or the Working Hours Act are transparently identified.
Digital expense report: Absence times are taken directly from driver cards, meal allowances are automatically calculated and reports are exported as PDF or CSV.
Relief for skilled workers
Consistent digitization eliminates manual entries and control processes. Driver profiles are created automatically, expense types are defined once and then billed at the touch of a button. Accountants and fleet managers benefit from clear, structured reports and significant time savings.
Legal certainty and transparency
All data is stored encrypted on servers in the "private cloud" – 100% EU GDPR compliant. Companies receive audit-proof documentation and meet all tax and legal requirements.
Voices from the company
"With the expansion of our platform, we are creating a solution that noticeably relieves the burden on specialists and at the same time increases efficiency in fleet management," explains Ulric Rechtsteiner. "Our customers can concentrate on the essentials – we take care of the time-consuming bureaucracy."
Not only for telematics users
The new platform is accessible to users under https://tacho.arealcontrol.eu . It is also offered to companies that work without telematics systems and automated downloads. Especially in many smaller truck fleets, the *.ddd files are still read out manually, because a powerful telematics system is not needed in the daily routine. These companies can simply upload their data in their own account all at once and are therefore legally compliant and, in particular, protected against data loss.
